About Me     


Anna is a qualified Nutritionist (Master of Nutrition & Dietetics) and Holistic Health Coach, having recently trained at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, New York.

She specialises is helping women to identify the habits which sabotage a healthy lifestyle and works on how to create new habits which promote a vibrant life.

Anna believes that without a great foundation of health we cannot live the life we desire.  Health is not just the absence of disease but the foundation from which we launch our lives.  Our foundations need to be firm and built with the essential ingredients of eating whole real foods, moving everyday, managing stress, having kind and loving relationships and being mindful.  We should be able to live our lives from this energetic place with clarity, vitality and ease.  

The greater the foundation of our health and wellness, the greater the ability to reach the peak of our dreams. 

Small changes undertaken on a daily basis add up to huge lifestyle changes which ultimately effect our quality of life and longevity. 

Combining her clinical expertise with her vast practical knowledge, Anna personalises programs to suit an individual’s unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.

Anna’s aim is to empower busy women to eat and live in a way that makes them feel fantastic, improving their over all health, vitality and happiness.

My Training

I received my training as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s cutting-edge Health Coach Training Program in New York. During my training, I studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts.

My teachers included:

  • Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine
  • Dr. Deepak Chopra, a leader in the field of mind-body medicine
  • Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center
  • Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University
  • Geneen Roth, bestselling author and expert on emotional eating
  • Many other leading researchers and authorities on nutrition.

My Masters

During my Master of Science (Nutrition and Dietetics) at university, I learned in detail about human physiology, clinical nutrition, metabolic biochemistry, disordered eating, disease aetiology, psychology and the myriad of complex pathways involved with nutrient digestion, absorption and assimilation.

My education has equipped me with extensive clinical knowledge in holistic nutrition  combined with practical health coaching, and in-depth understanding of preventive health. Drawing on these skills and my extensive study of different dietary theories, I work with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.
